We enjoyed the immaculate cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff who quickly assisted with our spa issue, ensuring a comfortable experience.

The nearby BurgerFuel Fairy Springs and Kebab Kitchen are must-tries! We loved the clean room and the geothermal hot tub was simply amazing after a long day.

The location is really convenient with eateries just across the road. I loved the outdoor space with a jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and helped with car hire, adding ease to my stay!

It was a bit noisy due to the busy road nearby, and the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom made for a warm night.

The exercise facility key retrieval is annoyingly limited to the front desk's hours!!! Traffic noise from the busy road is unbearable, particularly with trucks and motorcycles revving by!!! Consider more soundproofing and 24-hour access to exercise amenities!!!

It was just a prime choice for a whistle-stop in Rotorua with decent value for money. The heated outdoor pool made for a relaxing end to the day. Try to book a room away from the main road for a quieter night.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Newina Rotorua. The clean, spacious room featured a cozy bed, a modern bathroom, and a delightful heated pool. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed during my visit.

Unfortunately, housekeeping service was lacking during my stay, resulting in unmade beds and no fresh towels, which detracted from the experience a bit.

the bathroom had a lovely warmth due to the underfloor heating. We particularly appreciated the nice kitchen setup which made preparing meals easy. However, the outdoor spa while lovely, could use more privacy from the surrounding units.

i must say, the beds were, quite simply, a disaster. i’ve never encountered such uncomfortableness in my life—couldn’t sleep at all. and don’t even get me started on the rudeness of the staff, a dismal check-in experience that felt like a punishment. definitely deserved at least a complimentary upgrade, but alas, did not receive it. very disappointing.

It was just a top selection for shopping in Rotorua with fantastic value for money. The outdoor area was a nice surprise to relax after a busy day exploring. Stay away from the front rooms to dodge the road noise.

Family with children Paradise

Had an lovely family stay. The kids loved the jacuzzi outside our suite , and we appreciated how clean everything was. The manager was helpful with local attraction tips, and we were pleased to find grocery stores nearby for snacks and meals.

It wasn't exactly a bargain , but given the comfort and amenities, it was reasonable.
